Mandatory Covid-19 Testing for Remote Workers, Legal?

My employer has made it mandatory for all non-vaccinated persons to take bi-weekly Covid-19 tests for all staff including remote workers working at home 100% of the time. Is it me, or is something very wrong here? Is this legal?
